Of course I had to go for the classic Valentino red , a clearer shot of the amazing dress below:

The first ball was held in 1932, by the founder of the Venice Film Festival , Count Giuseppe Volpi di Misurata and remained one of the most important social events until the end of the 1980s. More than 20 years later, at the 70th Venice Film Festival Palazzo Volpi has reopened its doors.
